The present invention is to provide a hydrogel composition for regeneration of retinal pigment epithelium, using alginate and taurine, which are natural polymers. In addition, the present invention is to provide a hydrogel having a form to be injectable to minimize a surgical site that occurs when being implanted in a retina.
