The present invention relates to a radiation dose screening method. More specifically, the present invention includes the steps of: irradiating lymphoblasts with dose-specific radiation; culturing the cell lines irradiated with the dose-specific radiation; and measuring the survival rate of the cells or detecting the stress response protein. According to the present invention, by providing basic research data on the difference of stress response over time between ATF3 protein and p53 protein by low dose and high dose radiation, it is possible to utilize the same as a radiation exposure indicator protein that can assess the degree of immune system damage due to the difference in response to radiation exposure in a radiation-related exposure situation within a short time. In addition, the ATF3 protein is a protein that responds to both, when irradiated with low dose and high dose radiation, and thus can be used as an index for evaluating the degree of damage in vivo to radiation exposure of workers exposed to radiation.
