The present invention relates to an output voltage slope phenomenon removal device of a switcher power converter in a programmable logic controller (PLC) module which, when a slope phenomenon occurs in an external input voltage of a PLC module, removes the slope phenomenon generated in an output voltage of an inner regulator circuit applied to a PLC power source unit to secure a timing for supplying power to a circuit, and can satisfy an initial starting condition(standard) required by a circuit element. The output voltage slope phenomenon removal device of a switcher power converter in a PLC module comprises: an input voltage correcting unit correcting an increasing external input voltage to be outputted as the increasing external input voltage from a reference voltage or greater; and a regulator outputting a fixed output voltage supplied to an inner circuit of a module by using the corrected external input voltage outputted from the input voltage correcting unit as an input.
