An apparatus for manufacturing an aerogel complex, a wet gel drying container, and a method for manufacturing the aerogel complex of the present invention, can effectively manufacture the aerogel complex having excellent surface properties by cutting a surface of a substrate to process the surface and accommodating the substrate in the wet gel drying container in a way of placing neighboring portions of the substrate to be spaced apart from each other.
