The present invention relates to a system for providing an artificial intelligence make-up support service using an IoT beauty device. The system comprises: the IoT beauty device including a pallet for accommodating one or more cosmetics, connected with a user terminal and communicated with the user terminal; and the user terminal obtaining facial characteristics of a user using at least one sensor included in the IoT beauty device or the user terminal, obtaining make-up support information corresponding to the obtained facial characteristics of the user and outputting the obtained make-up assistant information.
