The present invention relates to a patch-type sensor device based on Internet of Things (IoT) capable of conveniently obtaining sensing information from a measurement subject such as the human body or objects and checking condition changes of the measurement subject through the sensing information, and a monitoring system and a monitoring method of the sensing information using the same. The patch-type sensor device based on IoT comprises a lower plate unit coupled to be removable from the measurement subject, a control plate unit stacked and fixed on the upper part of the lower plate unit and an upper plate unit stacked and fixed on the upper part of the control plate unit.
