The present invention relates to a painless anesthesia injection device minimizing pain by determining an injection amount and an injection speed in injecting drug into a correct position of a diseased part. According to the present invention, the painless anesthesia injection device comprises: an ample part of which one side is connected to a connection part of a housing and the other side is coupled to a needle part to receive drug therein; a plunger which is disposed in the housing and applies pressure to the ample part to inject the drug through the needle part; a motor which is disposed in the housing to move the plunger; and a control part which transmits a driving control signal to the motor. When the needle part is inserted into the patients body, the control part operates the motor to move the plunger back to allow a user to confirm a needle insertion point and moves the plunger forward to inject the drug into the needle insertion point.
