The present invention is to provide a guide device for a compensation chain of an elevator. The guide device for a compensation chain of an elevator comprises: a fixing member fixed on a support frame installed to be adjacent to the compensation chain of the elevator; and a roller unit including a guide roller rotated when coming in contact with the compensation chain, connected to the fixing member and provided to be elastically rotatable around a connection point with the fixing member to disperse an impact energy generated when colliding with the compensation chain.
