The present invention relates to a molecular diagnosis device and a molecular diagnosis method using the same and, more specifically, to a molecular diagnosis device capable of easily performing the entire process of pretreatment of a sample, extraction of nucleic acids and detection, and a molecular diagnosis method using the same. The molecular diagnosis of a sample including impurities such as foods or blood can be conveniently and rapidly performed. Additionally, nucleic acids can be rapidly and conveniently extracted from cells without separate special equipment from a small amount of the sample.
