An embodiment of the present invention discloses an apparatus for inferring a multi-behavior intention. The apparatus comprises: an input unit receiving percept sequence data, which is time series data including behavior information of a user; an intention inferring unit inferring a behavior intention of the user by applying an attribute value of the percept sequence data to a previously set intention inferring model; a clash determining unit determining whether a previously stored behavior intention and the inferred behavior intention are clashed using a clash rule between behavior intentions; an error verifying unit verifying whether the inferred behavior intention is an error if it is determined that the previously stored behavior intention and the inferred behavior intention are clashed; and a storage unit storing the inferred behavior intention according to the verification result.
