The present invention relates to a method for determining the sex of a fetus through non-invasive prenatal diagnosis. More particularly, the present invention relates to a method for determining the sex of a fetus through non-invasive prenatal diagnosis, using a non-invasive prenatal diagnosis method for sequencing a male-specific region of the Y chromosome (MSY), which is a region present only on the Y chromosome, from a biological sample of a mother. Therefore, the present invention provides the method which allows users to determine the sex of a fetus through non-invasive prenatal diagnosis with higher accuracy than before.
