Disclosed are a headend device, a terminal device and a cable broadcasting network signal transmission method using the same. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the cable broadcasting network signal transmission method using the headend device and the terminal device includes: a step in which the headend device and the terminal device execute initialization based on information obtained from a downstream signal received from a cable modem transmission system (CMTS); a step in which the terminal device converts an upstream signal received from a cable modem (CM) into a digital signal and encapsulate the digital signal in an IP packet to transmit the packet to the headend device; and a step in which the headend device extracts the digital signal from the IP packet received from the terminal device, converts the digital signal into an analogue signal, and transmits the upstream signal corresponding to the analogue signal to the cable modem transmission system.
