The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing functional garment with excellent stretchability and capable of correcting a body shape, and shirts, jeans, and garment for women manufactured thereby. The method of the present invention comprises the following steps of: (S100) weaving functional fabrics; (S200) manufacturing functional shirts; (S300) manufacturing functional jeans; and (S400) manufacturing garment for women. Thus, the functional garment of the present invention is provided to hide flab of an entire wearing part as well as to have a body shape correction effect by having excellent wearing sensation, design and activity by adjusting a pressure corresponding to a human body of a wearer to be applied, being thin and causing no sense of difference even if the functional garment completely adheres and is fixed to a human body. According to the present invention, a human body completely adheres and is fixed to an inner side surface of garment, thereby causing no sense of difference and separation. Also, the functional garment of the present invention is capable of correcting a body shape to a charming and balanced shape only by being worn, in the same principle of gathering and lifting breast.
