According to the present invention, a wireless backhaul network resource allocation method using machine learning comprises the following steps: estimating, by a resource allocation device, positions of a plurality of small base station based on channel state information (CSI) measured by the plurality of small base stations; and allocating, by a resource allocation device, resources for the plurality of small base stations in a wireless backhaul network by using a reinforcement learning neural network that uses the positions as input.
