The present invention relates to an Sm-Fe-N magnet body comprising 7.0-12 at% of Sm, 0.1-1.5 at% of at least one element selected from a group consisting of Hf and Zr, 0.05-0.5 at% of C, 10-20 at% of N, 0-35 at% of Co, and the remaining consisting of a balance of Fe and unavoidable impurities. The present invention also relates to the Sm-Fe-N bonded magnet comprising a powder and a binder of the Sm-Fe-N magnet body. Therefore, the present invention is capable of providing a high yield during manufacturing.
