The present invention relates to a method for constructing a disease occurrence network from a cohort database using a computer. The method comprises the following steps. A control unit responds to predetermined different diseases and sequentially repeats calculating a degree of relative risks to construct a disease occurrence network indicating a mutual correlation of morbidity rates between diseases based on the degree of relative risks. An output unit outputs the disease occurrence network.
