Provided is a seamless message transmission and reception method using a plurality of messengers provided by an interactive AI agent system. According to the present disclosure, the method comprises the steps: generating a relational database for storing a relation between a friend list of a user and a friend list of the user of each of the plurality of messengers with respect to each of the plurality of messengers used by the user; receiving, from the user terminal, a message of the user through a first chat room including a Tossbot friend and at least one first friend included in a friend list of a first messenger, on the first messenger which is one of the plurality of messengers; determining a second friend associated with the first friend using a second messenger which is one of the plurality of messengers, based on the relational database; and causing the Tossbot friend to forward the message through a second chat room including the Tossbot friend, the user and the second friend on the second messenger. According to the present invention, a user can use online conversation service with others through a plurality of online conversation services he/she uses without installation of any separate program.
