The present invention relates to a smart shoe that delivers simple information such as road guide or braille to a user through a foot. More specifically, the present invention relates to: a method for improving information recognition rate of the smart shoe for information delivery which is for delivering accurate information to an insensitive foot; and the smart shoe using the same.
