Provided by the present invention are a concentration analysis system of analyte contained in a biological sample using a mobile terminal and a diagnostic kit capable of checking the concentration of analyte, and an analysis method using the same. The concentration analysis system of analyte includes: a diagnostic kit which includes a plurality of strips, a labeled auxiliary specific binding member bound to each strip with different concentration, and a reaction unit positioned on each strip to be combined with a fixing member specifically combined with the auxiliary specific binding member; and a mobile terminal which includes an image acquisition means obtaining an image of a reaction result expressed on the strip of the diagnostic kit, an image analysis unit calculating the concentration of analyte by analyzing the obtained image, and a concentration display unit displaying concentration information obtained by the image analysis unit to the outside. The present invention enables the concentration of analyte to be checked accurately and quickly.
