The present invention relates to a CCTV-based remote monitoring system for an infant′s playroom, which by installing a CCTV in an infant′s playroom placed in a restaurant where a family unit can enjoy a meal, monitors a current status of infants playing in the infant′s playroom and notifies risk factors as soon as the same are found while protectors are eating. In addition, the CCTV-based remote monitoring system for an infant′s playroom comprises: a photographing device (100) installed in an infant′s playroom to photograph the inside of an infant′s playroom in response to a photographing start signal inputted from the outside and terminate the photographing of the inside of the infant′s playroom in response to a photographing end signal inputted from the outside; an image monitoring server (200) transmitting the photographing start signal to the photographing device (100) at a registered office opening hour, transmitting the photographing end signal to the photographing device (100) at a registered office closing hour, outputting an image signal provided from the photographing device (100) to a manager terminal (300), and outputting an image program for infants to an output device (400); a manager terminal (300) having an infant′s playroom monitoring application installed therein, and receiving and providing the image signal and alarm information transmitted from the image monitoring server (200); and an image output device (400) installed in the infant′s playroom to receive and provide an infant′s image program transmitted from the image monitoring server (200). Accordingly, the present invention can immediately remove risk factors when infants are exposed to the risk factors, and prevent the infants from being injured.
