An objective of the present invention is to provide a black photosensitive resin composition having excellent light shielding properties, particularly a black photosensitive resin composition having excellent liquid repelling properties with respect to water or an organic solvent. The present invention relates to a black photosensitive resin composition comprising a fluorine-based surfactant obtained by copolymerizing a monomer represented by chemical formula 1 and a monomer represented by chemical formula 2; a color filter including a black matrix, a column spacer, a black column spacer or a black bank manufactured by using the black photosensitive resin composition; and a display device including the color filter. In chemical formula 1, R^1 is hydrogen atom or a methyl group, and n is an integer of 1 to 10. In chemical formula 2, R^1 is hydrogen atom or a methyl group, X is a C_1-C_6 alkylene group and n is an integer of 1 to 30.
