The present invention provides a door for a window, having airtightness. The door for a window, having the airtightness, includes: an airtight member in which one end is attached to one side of an inner wall of a door roller installation groove at a lower end of the door and the other end is attached to a rail of a doorframe to block a gap between the rail and the door; and an airtight member protection protrusion protruding from the one side of the inner wall of the door roller installation groove at the lower end of the door toward the rail and preventing the airtight member from being pushed or being caught by being attached to the rail by the door. The airtight member protection protrusion protrudes toward the rail in the length which is not in contact with a side of the rail when the door is installed. According to the present invention, the airtight member protection protrusion protrudes more than the width of the airtight member attached to the inner wall of the door roller installation groove of the door. So, the airtight member can be prevented from being damaged or being caught in the narrow gap between the rail and the door by the door. Also, the airtight member has a structure of being attached to the rail and elastically formed and, therefore, can minimize the abrasion of the airtight member. Also, the airtight member acts as a check valve. So, the door for a window, having the airtightness, can prevent external air from flowing into the gap between the rail and the door roller installation groove.
