SRM/MRM SRM/MRM ASSAYS FOR PROFILING TUMOR TISSUE

Provided in the present application are methods of using SRM/MRM assays for detecting and quantifying proteins involved in all cellular processes, including cell division, cell differentiation, cell growth inhibition, cell metabolism, cell signaling and tumor immune response/regulation, in protein lysates prepared from biological samples of formalin fixed tumor tissue. The SRM/MRM assays can provide a tumor tissue profile of the whole tissue microenvironment regardless of the cell origin of expression, which can provide optimal cancer therapy treatment.
