Disclosed are a device for analyzing stability of a building with respect to an avalanche of earth and rocks, a method for analyzing stability of a building with respect to an avalanche of earth and rocks, and a recording medium having a recorded program for executing the method for analyzing stability of a building with respect to the avalanche of earth and rocks. According to the present invention, an analyzing device calculates an impact force of the avalanche of earth and rocks based on the speed information of the avalanche of earth and rocks, the density information of the avalanche of earth and rocks, a flow direction of the avalanche of earth and rocks, and an angle of a wall surface of a building; and is implemented through a process of calculating a safety factor by comparing the calculated impact force of the avalanche of earth and rocks and a resistance of a building resisting the impact of the avalanche of earth and rocks. According to the present invention, the present invention is capable of analyzing stability of a building with respect to the avalanche of earth and rocks, and performing safety management of a building according to a result of the analysis.
