The present invention relates to a dual functional peptide having a cell permeation ability and a muscle regeneration ability, and a use thereof. The dual functional peptide according to the present invention has the ability to regenerate muscle cells so as to be effective in the prevention or treatment of diseases requiring muscle regeneration, and has a cell permeation ability so as not to require, for the cell permeation of the peptide, attachment of a separate peptide or addition of other preparations, thereby ultimately exhibiting effective muscle regeneration effects. In addition, the dual functional peptide can be easily applied to various surgical regeneration treatments and can allow a treatment period to be reduced.
