Environment-friendly scale removed steel using plasma

The present invention relates to steel from which scale is removed in an environment-friendly manner using plasma, wherein a slurry solution including hard particles is sprayed onto steel at a high pressure to perform a surface cleaning process, and, because a plasma surface treatment is performed by means of a plasma device, scale is removed in an environment-friendly manner without using hydrochloric or sulfuric acid. To this end, the present invention comprises steel which has undergone a heat treatment before being sprayed with a slurry solution including hard particles at a high pressure by using a spraying device, such that debris and scale may be firstly removed, leaving the surface thereof cleansed. Here, after the surface of the steel is cleansed by the spraying device, the steel undergoes a plasma surface treatment by means of a plasma device which forms plasma. During the plasma surface treatment, the plasma produces a reduction reaction with the scale formed on the surface of the steel, such that the scale may be removed therefrom.
