The present invention relates to a composition for blocking UV comprising a fermented product of Moringa Rhizopus oryzae and a method for manufacturing the same. The composition for blocking UV is effective for blocking UVA, UVB, and UVC. The composition for blocking UV comprising the fermented product of Moringa, in which manufactured medium and fermented strains are made of a food stable material, can be used stably without making skin troubles. The present invention also provides the method for manufacturing the composition for blocking UV manufactured by microorganism fermenting Moringa.
