The present invention relates to a real needle set for a double blind test, which has a structure improved to make a patient and an operator difficult to discriminate whether a used needle is a real needle when effect of acupuncture treatment is examined. According to the present invention, the real needle set for a double blind test comprises a support member, a cylinder, an operation rod and a needle body. One surface of the support member comes in contact with patient′s skin and the support member has an installation hole formed in a vertical direction. A loading block is loaded in the support member and has elasticity similar to that of a human skin tissue. The cylinder is partially inserted into the support member to allow one surface to come in contact with the loading block, and has a hollow formed therein. The operation rod is installed in the cylinder to be able to be slid and has an insertion hole formed in a vertical direction. The needle body is partially disposed in the cylinder through a through-hole and moves in one direction by pressure such that one end part of the needle body penetrates the loading block and the patient′s skin.
