Disclosed is a dual mode complex sensor apparatus based on a radio frequency (RF) and a semi-active laser (SAL). According to an embodiment of the present invention, the dual mode complex sensor apparatus comprises: a complex sensor transceiving unit having an SAL main reflection plate and an SAL sub-reflection plate for receiving a laser optical signal, having an RF main reflection plate and an RF sub-reflection plate for transceiving an RF signal, and transceiving at least one signal between the laser optical signal and the RF signal; and a signal processing unit signal processing at least one between the laser optical signal and the RF signal, and calculating target location information on the target object based on target information obtained in accordance with the signal processing result.
