The present invention relates to a system to test individual real sea performance of a turbine for an oscillating water column type wave power generation and a method thereof, and more specifically, to a system to check individual performance of a turbine differently designed for a special purpose by using one oscillating water column type chamber constructed in real sea, and a method for using the system. The system to test real sea performance of a turbine for an oscillating water column type wave power generation is configured by comprising: an oscillating water column type chamber generating wave energy by a reciprocating flow of air; a turbine duct configured after forming a pipe at both sides of an upper portion of the oscillating water column type chamber, one side of which comprises a turbine receiving the reciprocating motion of the air to convert the same into mechanical energy; a flow amount control duct the other side of which is provided with a flow amount valve; a valve performance chart; a process to acquire a valve opening angle; and a control unit to control opening and closing of the flow amount valve.
