The present invention discloses a mold device for one-touch cap injection molding and a manufacturing method of one-touch cap using the same, wherein the mold device can inject a cap main body and a lid at the same time although the cap main body and the lid have different material characteristics and colors when injection-molding one-touch cap composed of the cap main body and the lid. According to the present invention, the mold device includes: a cap main body molding mold (1000) into which an injection resin solution is injected to mold the cap main body (100); a lid molding mold (3000) which is disposed to be adjacent to one side of the cap main body molding mold (1000), and into which the injection resin solution is injected to mold a lid unit (200); a hinge unit operating core (2000) which is disposed in an upper part between the cap main body molding mold (1000) and the lid molding mold (3000) to move forward or backward the cap main body molding mold (1000) at a predetermined interval in a vertical direction; and an inner core (4000) which is disposed in a lower part between the cap main body molding mold (1000) and the lid molding mold (3000) to move forward or backward the lid molding mold (3000) at a predetermined interval in a vertical direction.
