Disclosed are a system and a method for forming a project performing team of a global corporation. According to embodiments of the present invention, the system for forming a project performing team comprises: a candidate module to analyze candidate information including a resume and a profile with the candidate′s major and experience to construct a database; a supplier module to use supplier information including background of a purchase expert and references of a supplier and an ordering corporation to construct a database; a corporation member module to collect corporation project information and evaluation information to find an international procurement office (IPO) which is a purchase office to perform a project to be carried out for each corporation; and a matching module to score a member registered in the candidate module and the supplier module in accordance with the collected corporation project information and evaluation information, and form an IPO team for each corporation in accordance with scoring results.
