Provided are a BIM-BEMS linkage device and a method for energy management of a building. The open BIM-BEMS linkage system for smart facility energy management in a target building comprises: a user terminal for requesting a BIM-BEMS control device for a query related to energy management of the target building; and the BIM-BEMS control device for generating a query result in response to the request from the user terminal, generating a 3D view screen by linking the generated query result with the corresponding spatial information, and transmitting the generated 3D view screen to the user terminal.
