According to an embodiment of the present invention, provided is a method for identifying a demand resource comprising the steps of: receiving condition information for potential participant matching from a demand management vendor terminal; receiving power status information of each potential participating customer from a plurality of potential participating customer terminals; selecting a potential participating customer terminal to be matched to a demand management vendor through comparison of condition information and power status information; and matching and storing the information of the selected potential participating customer with the information of the demand management vendor.
