The present invention relates to a system for surveying an earth surface to a GPS coordinate of a control point and, more specifically, relates to a system for surveying an earth surface to a GPS coordinate of a control point, wherein a height and a direction of a surveying device can be freely adjusted to improve surveying accuracy. Moreover, vibration transmitted from a leg portion is reduced to improve a degree of precision of surveying through a geodetic surveying tripod. When national marine electronics association (NMEA) data available from a GPS satellite is not acquired, longitude and latitude of the NMEA data are complemented to acquire more accurate geodetic surveying data with a GPS correction value.
