The present invention relates to a medical device for preventing constipation, removing fecal stasis and inducing regular bowel movements. An objective of the present invention is to convert tap water into functional water and then filter the functional water by a filter to discharge filtered water to cleanly maintain large intestines, the inside of a vagina, anal passages and private parts, clean large intestines and the inside of a vagina by a single device, and use the device as a bidet device and a shower. To achieve the objective, the medical device for preventing constipation, removing fecal stasis and inducing regular bowel movements comprises: a hollow body unit (10) formed to be curved into a prescribed shape; a head unit (20) provided with an outlet (21) for discharging washing water formed on a front end thereof, and detachably coupled to a front end of the body unit (10); a connection unit (30) connected to a shower hose (50), connected to a rear end of the body unit (10), and provided with a control valve to control a quantity, pressure and supply of water; a water purification tube (15) embedded in the body unit (10) and provided with leakage prevention grills (16, 17) on both ends thereof; and a water purification discharge unit (25) arranged in the head unit (20) to use a filter to remove foreign substances in water. Germanium balls (15a), tourmaline balls (15b), and antibacterial crystal balls (15c) are sequentially stacked in the water purification tube (15). One or more magnetization rings (18) made of a neodymium magnet are assembled on an outer circumferential surface of the water purification tube (15).
