The present invention relates to a composition for simultaneous detection of a Vibrio clade, a multiplex polymerase chain reaction (PCR) kit comprising the composition for detection, and a simultaneous detection method of the Vibrio clade. It is possible to simultaneously detect Vibrio harveyi, Vibrio alginolyticus, and Vibrio parahaemolyticus simply and rapidly by performing multiplex PCR using a primer for detection of the Vibrio clade according to the present invention. Thus, the primer for detecting the Vibrio clade of the present invention can be used variously in a field of preventing and diagnosing vibriosis of a marine organism.
