According to the present invention, a method for inspecting a ground device and repairing an oil leakage in a live wire condition comprises the steps of: inspecting whether an enclosure, a basic board, etc. are damaged in a live wire condition; tightening an upper part of a damaged enclosure when an abnormality is present while tightening a side board of the enclosure by the same principle and repairing a distorted part by punching the distorted part with a hammer; analyzing deterioration on the inside of a ground device; determining an accurate flow rate condition of a driving device; filling insulating oil so that the amount of the insulating oil is higher than or equal to 3/4 of an oil gauge so as to normally drive the device; determining per-phase and internal electrical characteristics and inspecting a leaking point of each component; reanalyzing a part of interest after one month, draining insulating oil in a critical part with a lower valve of the ground device in the live wire condition more than three times, and filling the insulating oil in the critical part with an upper valve so as to filter the insulating oil in a vacuum condition; replacing a device to be replaced and replacing insulating oil to be replaced with new oil by filling insulating oil filled in the device up to 130% of the existing amount of the insulating oil in the device; separately repairing each component forming the ground device; removing a foreign material and dust in the ground device when the repairing is completed and spraying a natural cleaning agent on a region to be cleaned; and cleaning the inside to increase an insulation effect.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
