摘要

The present invention relates to a novel promoter capable of inducing stem and root expression of foreign genes in a drought stress environment and a use thereof. The promoter of the present invention is capable of preferentially expressing stem and root of foreign genes in drought condition and can be used to control gene expression required in a water-scarce environment to maintain the growth and productivity of main crops or monocotyledons including Oryza sativa and to improve useful traits.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
