The present invention relates to a vaccine composition having improved immunity, and more particularly, to a vaccine composition comprising an inactivated bacterial cell encapsulated with PLGA to compensate for the disadvantages of existing formalin killed bacterial vaccines. The vaccine composition of the present invention significantly improves immunity and immunity duration compared to the conventional formalin killed bacteria vaccine and can improve the immunity of the individual to which the vaccine is administered more effectively.
