The present invention relates to a transmission device for wind power generation using a motor and a planetary gear mechanism, comprising: a first input rotary shaft connected to a main power source to be rotated; a second input rotary shaft receiving rotational force from a motor; a planetary gear mechanism including a planetary gear carrier coupled to the first input rotary shaft to be rotated along therewith, a plurality of planetary gears rotationally installed at the planetary gear carrier, a ring gear having the inner circumferential surface geared with the outer circumferential surface of the planetary gears and receiving the rotational force from the second input rotary shaft, and a sun gear rotated after being geared with the planetary gears; an output shaft, one side of which is connected to the sun gear of the planetary gear mechanism to receive the rotational force, and the other side of which is connected to a generator; and a control unit controlling the motor to control the rotational direction and speed of the second input rotary shaft. Here, the second input rotary shaft is provided with a worm on the outer circumferential surface thereof. The ring gear is provided with an extension unit having a worm wheel geared with the worm on the outer circumferential surface. The first input rotary shaft is concentrically arranged with the output shaft, thereby facilitating ease of a shift, and simplifying and miniaturizing the transmission device.
