The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a shrinkage reducing material by concentrating and selecting Al deoxidation slag from mixed slag of Al deoxidation slag and Si deoxidation slag. The method of the present invention comprises: a cooling step of cooling mixed slag of Al deoxidation slag and Si deoxidation slag; a crushing step of removing impurity components after crushing the cooled mixed slag; and a wet selection step of wet-selecting the Al deoxidation slag from the mixed slag. According to the present invention, the concentrated and selected Al deoxidation slag can be recycled with high value as a raw material for a shrinkage reducing agent.
