The present invention relates to an outdoor high-power LED light having an air vent. An outdoor high-power LED light needs to solve complete waterproof and heating problems at the same time but a conventional art is not waterproof since the packing mounted on a joint portion between a cover and a heat dissipation plate is easily aged by repetition of turn on and off thereof when used for a long term. In order to such problems, the outdoor high-power LED light having an air vent of the present invention is made to maintain a waterproof function of a packing even when used for a long term. The outdoor high-power LED light comprises: a transparent cover; the heat dissipation plate coupled to the transparent cover on the rear surface of the transparent cover; a packing ring disposed between the transparent cover and the heat dissipation plate to provide the waterproof function; and an LED installed on the front of the heat dissipation plate to emit a light source through the transparent cover. The air vent has a through hole formed in the front or side of the transparent cover, and allows the inflow and outflow of a gas but blocks the inflow of moisture.
