The present invention relates to a metal-coated carbon fiber for a heating wire of a vehicle, and a heating wire of a vehicle including the same, which are provided with increased profitability, user convenience, and durability. According to the present invention, the metal-coated carbon fiber comprises: one or more carbon fibers spaced apart from each other; and a plurality of metal layers sequentially coated on the one or more carbon fibers, wherein a predetermined metal layer reduces an electric resistance formed by the one or more carbon fibers. Moreover, the heating wire of a vehicle including the metal-coated carbon fiber comprises a thermal conductive insulating sheet including a pattern of the metal-coated carbon fiber. The metal-coated carbon fiber comprises: one or more carbon fibers spaced apart from each other; and a plurality of metal layers sequentially coated on the one or more carbon fibers wherein a predetermined metal layer reduces an electric resistance formed by the one or more carbon fibers.
