The present invention relates to a device of automatically inserting/removing a vacuum circuit breaker and, more specifically, to a device of automatically inserting/removing a vacuum circuit breaker, wherein locking of the device is released when a cam coupled to a camshaft connected a power unit rotates a lifting lever while rotating, and the lifting lever lifts a locking bar of the vacuum circuit breaker, and the device is locked when the locking bar moves downward in each position where the vacuum circuit breaker operates. According to the present invention, the device of automatically inserting/removing a vacuum circuit breaker comprises: a cam having one protruding side, coupled to a camshaft connected to a power unit, and configured to be in contact with a lifting lever while rotating; the lifting lever having a fixing unit rotatably coupled to a shaft fixed at the center of the lever, a cam contact unit formed on one side and configured to be in contact with the cam, and a locking bar contact unit formed on the other side and configured to be in contact with a locking bar; a pushing lever having a lower portion which is in contact with the locking bar and an upper portion with a protrusion capable of being in contact with a limit switch; and the main limit switch having an embedded switch operated by the pushing lever and configured to control operation of a shifting screw.
