The present invention relates to a manufacturing method for an eco-friendly standard plastic garbage bag using recycled materials and an eco-friendly standard plastic garbage bag using the same and, more specifically, to a manufacturing method for an eco-friendly standard plastic garbage bag which increases printing quality by printing with an eco-friendly acrylic water-based ink while using 40 to 60 wt% of a polyethylene resin used as a raw material as a recycled raw material, protects the environment by preventing the discharge of harmful substances, and increases the convenience of a user by forming a hook hole, and to an eco-friendly standard plastic garbage bag using the same.
