The present invention relates to a system decontamination process development device for nuclear power plant decommissioning comprising: a reactor having a specimen corresponding metal components of a nuclear system mounted therein; a first circulation pipe unit supplying and circulating a chemical decontamination to the reactor; a temperature adjustment unit heating the chemical decontamination supplied to the reactor; a water chemistry monitoring unit measuring a flow rate and an electrochemical characteristic of the chemical decontamination supplied to the reactor; an ion exchange resin tower including a cation resin tower and a mixed resin tower for processing a waste fluid after a decontamination process and waste fluid decomposition; and a waste fluid decomposition processing device irradiating ultraviolet rays to the waste fluid and a mixture of hydrogen peroxide to decompose the waste fluid.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
