ELASTIC FORM PRECAST JOINT MEMBER AND QUICK CONSTRUCTION METHOD OF BRIDGE EXPANSION JOINT USING SAME

The present invention relates to an elastic form precast joint member and a quick construction method of a bridge expansion joint using the same, which are able to introduce a unit segment concept for a new expansion joint apparatus in a bridge or a railroad facility, to, when workers are employed to conveniently and rapidly perform an assembly/installation construction, or when an expansion joint apparatus or a concrete sphere around the apparatus needs to be repaired or reinforced because aging has caused cracks or damage during use, perform a quick construction/installation during a shortest time for replacement, reduce general costs for maintenance and management, and guarantee the quality of quick construction and expansion joint by only a simple leveling and connecting work on the site by using the precast joint member manufactured with segments having a certain length in a factory. According to the present invention, the elastic form precast joint member installed on an expansion joint section of a new or an existing bridge comprises: a pair of facing elastic concrete segments, having a certain height and a unit length; a plurality of seal segment horizontal settlement bars whose one end is buried in the pair of elastic concrete segments, and whose other end is exposed to an external side surface, being installed at regular intervals having the same height; a waterproof sealing member interposed in and attached to a part between the pair of elastic concrete segments to have a smaller height than that of the pair of elastic concrete segments and form a base joint clearance insertion groove on a lower side; and a base joint clearance seal inserted into the base joint clearance insertion groove to make an expansion change, be simultaneously inserted into a structure joint clearance unit between an abutment parapet wall and a floor plate, and fill the groove.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
