An agent for processing bank business comprises an account establishing device of checking the real name of a user according to an account establishing request by being connected with a bank business management server and establishing an account according to the real name check result. The account establishing device comprises a real name check unit of establishing the account for the user who completed the first real name check of checking the real name of the user using an ID card of the user and the second real name check of checking the real name of the user using account information of other banks of the user. The real name check unit receives account information of other banks for the second real name check after receiving photographing information of the ID card for the first real name check, requests the authenticity of the ID card to an external agency for the first real name check and receives the account information of other banks regardless of whether the result of authenticity check is received.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
