According to the present invention, a shopping mall operation management system comprises: a shopping mall operation management server for intermediating shopping mall sales or providing member information or sales product information; a shopping mall server for providing some member information or sales product information to the shopping mall operation management server after collecting member information through a shopping mall membership process; a member terminal for receiving the shopping mall member registration process from the shopping mall server and providing member information to the shopping mall server through the shopping mall membership registration process; and a shopping mall establishing requestor terminal for requesting the shopping mall sales from the shopping mall management server to establish a shopping mall which shares member information and sales product of the shopping mall server or sharing member information or sales product information received from the shopping mall management server to establish the shopping mall.
